A: We typically work on consulting assignments in the following areas: Systems Integration/Manufacturing Execution Systems, E Commerce Execution Systems, Business Process Performance and Execution, Business Process Flow Execution Systems and Microsoft Office Training.

Q: What types of software and technology applications do you work with?
A: We use Microsoft SQL Server Database technology for information management. We also provide hardware and software services for web farm and database cluster implementations using high availability and throughput as foundation elements. We specialize in GE/Fanuc’s CIMPLICITY suite, and we also provide customized software solutions for Manufacturing Execution System applications and Systems Integration.

Q: What types of training do you provide?
A: We provide training on the Microsoft Office platform, which includes: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access. We also provide training on all of our implementations, and take pride in making technology understandable and manageable.

A: We use the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Program.
